Chef Patrick’s Kitchen started as a local restaurant in Tondo, Manila, that serves patrons with Filipino and Chinese dishes at affordable prices. The management later decided to expand the food business by providing catering services. In 2013, Chef Patrick’s Kitchen opened its second branch in Caloocan. The facility, which has a capacity of 100 to 300 persons depending on the setup, also became the company’s catering site. It mainly offers on-site catering, although it can also do off-premise catering services. Now, it serves both areas as well as the rest of the metro and the nearby towns and provinces.
